Preparing for my graduation run

I had struggled with an injury last week and expected to be finished (so to speak) by now but was struck down by twinges in my right buttock so took 4 rest days. I then ran my W9R2 at the gym last night on a treadmill. All my other runs have been very early in the mornings and in the street so this made a change. I found myself watching the clock and was very self conscious alongside all of those young, tight gym-bods so my graduation run will be over the weekend sometime, early on and on the street. I can’t believe what I’m about say......

I love running and will continue to run 3 times a week until my hips wear out. Thank you Jo Whiley, it’s been a blast

Brilliant Victoria!! Just think, our older bodies can run for the same length of time as those young fit bods! That’s pretty amazing! We must be doing something pretty amazing to do that too! Loving it right along side you! Power to us! Go girl! Enjoy the graduation run! ❤️
