Anyone else struggling with painful knees? Always have a bit of pain, 64 yrs old and played a lot of football, but has increased a lot since I started C25K. Still managing to get the runs done, but very sore knees after.

It could be your running shoes aren't providing the correct support Twinsdad.

Maybe you are over or under pronating. If you go to a proper running shop they will give you a gait analysis and assess you.

Good luck 😊

I did for a good few weeks then it settled down. I don't know if it was due to wearing standard trainers or that the running of course was new but I Bought new running shoes on w5 and could be coincidence but it calmed down
