Your next run should be nice and steady to be successful. Hardly anyone acheives 5k in 30 minutes at Graduation, it will be great if you can, but getting to Graduation injury free is paramount.
I think it's more to do with running for 8 mins for the first time - long enough to complete a full kilometre where previously it always included some recovery walking.
I wasn't pushing any more than usual and slowed down a bit for the second stint. I'll definitely be aiming for slow and steady on Saturday 😊
I have a man chatting to me on Strava - I guess that’s one of the settings that can changed. Well done with your running F4TMAN. Just keep it steady though - you might find you need to reduce your speed as you progress.
