Not been on here for a while but I've still been plodding on and have now completed week 8. That means that by this time next week I will hopefully have graduated! Not feeling like I'm a "runner" yet although I'm covering around 3.7 km in 28 minutes so must be doing something right. Well away from the 5k but proud of what I've achieved so far.
