Two week break mid-week 5. Should I restart week 5 or carry on?

I aws away and unable to run for 4 days after doing the first two runs on week 5. Then it got hot and I just couldn’t face running, probably not helped by the thought of having to do my first 20 minute run! Now keen to restart but should I just go straight to the 20min run or restart the whole week or even go back a week?

a two week break shouldn't affect your fitness, I'd probably just restart week 5 as w5 r3 is quite daunting (until you do it) take the run extra slow and make sure you're well hydrated. Most people find running in the morning/ evening when it's cooler is easier, good luck 😊
