Feeling much better about this run. Still hard to keep going but I noticed my breathing was better and I’m not staggering all over the treadmill, I’ve got a much more central path. I like how the app acknowledges that you’ll be feeling tired about now. I am always in firm agreement and relieved that that’s okay! I moved treadmills today and am facing the wall. It was much easier to be distracted when I was watching the swimming pool so will move back there next time. I keep thinking back to my first run and how I couldn’t finish without a rest. I’ve come so far. Bring on week 3!
