W6R2 - what a ball breaker! Carried by my mind rather than my legs. The first ten minutes I was surprised to find I found the sweet spot in the first few strides, instead of the usual 3/4 minutes. The second ten minutes couldn't find my legs at all, was a really uncomfortable run, I came so close to stopping. So close! I don't like being beaten though 🙃 Feel really accomplished right now !

Massive moment, clearing that mental hurdle. You will need some of that determination (for me, plain stubbornness) to help you in the longer runs that follow.
Enjoy the buzz - run 3 is nice. It’s a little longer than W5 but it shows you that you can manage W7. Another buzz!
Hmmm me too! Just done W6R2 after holiday break with lots of wine and food! Heat and extra pounds made it tough! Contemplating doing this run again to consolidate instead of going on to week 3 as don’t want to fail and weather is going to get hotter at weekend!!!
