I drop a plop before I leave the house usually 😆

Certainly jiggles the insides! I find if I eat too much starch in the previous 24 hours my lower gut is really painful after 20 minutes- so the diet has improved beyond recognition. Nothing like a bit of ‘positive punishment’ for poor food choices 😂
Happens to lots of us. Luckily for me I'm a country runner, unluckily I have bear dna😊. Google might give you some ideas on combating it. It's only a problem for me when doing a longer run event and that's when I resort to Immodium.

Not just me then! Running and cutting meat out of my diet again. Still better out than in eh? 😆
It's more the wind issue, thankfully I run with earphones but I'm always conscious when there are walkers around. What's that all about!?

I don’t suffer this - probably don’t run far enough - but I had that “uh-oh” Paula Radcliffe feeling this morning. Fortunately it passed.
The feeling. Not the. Umm. I’ll stop there.
