I saw “a runner” this morning and thought the same. As I got a bit closer I thought it might be the gorgeous blonde I once saw. Closer still and it was someone just in summer clothes going to work 🤣

I see the lithe gazelles glide past me as I do my snailing, and I am dead certain they do not have a cool name on this C25K forum!! 😁😁 They are earnestly comparing stats on Strava and comparing carbo loading strategies. I think exactly the same! We should all be made to wear the c25k tshirts then we would know!!! Rebecca Adlington was running in the opposite direction on one of my runs. She gave me a smile but am pretty sure she wasn't doing c25k nor is she on here 😅! !!
