Frustrated and disappointed

Just 2 runs to go before graduation . However I’m getting a lot of hip pain. I’m determined to finish the programme but if the hip pain persists I can’t see that I’ll continue with running. I didn’t get hip pain with the shorter distance runs it started in week 8. I’ve come a long way . I feel fitter and my Blood pressure has returned to normal. Feeling frustrated and disappointed

I had hip pain at the beginning on the longer runs that used to hurt a lot at night but it seems to have disappeared since graduating 😀 hope yours goes too!

It may be as simple as needing a rest. Maybe try leaving a couple of extra days before your next run?
