Hardest run yet, I’m putting it down to a tough week at work! A bit concerned about W5 😯

Don’t be. If you did the last one you can do the next one Go really nice and slowly and you’ll be fine. Be well rested and well hydrated. Also make sure you had enough to eat If you set up well, then you can expect to nail it 💪👍🙂🏃‍♂️

I share your sentiments, tough week at work certainly impacts, add the heat to that and omg, but you did it and that's great.

You can and will do W5 as the programme has prepared you for it. You got this Al :) :)

I was worried about starting W5 but just done R1 & it’s fine just keep an eye on your pace for the first two 5 minutes runs.

Have a great session

You’ll do it ChettyAl, many of us have felt the same, but you’ve done the work, you’ll be ready! I had the same fears and then amazingly, W5 was my favourite. Still is so far! That week reinforced my belief that I can do the programme in just 9 weeks. Enjoy! ❤️
