My first post ironically but I did it πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰. Not pretty or fast and in the C24K camp but who cares! πŸŽ†πŸŽ†

I’ve lurked and commented since the early weeks in April and this community has been so helpful in keeping me informed and laughing along the way. So thank you all 😘

I graduated last year but then overcooked it on my next runs and ended up hurt and disaffected. I’m already much more knowledgeable from reading posts on here and feeling really positive about being a proper runner! 😁😁

Anyway I’m rambling and I better get in the shower. My first thought when I got back was to post this here. But I appreciate I am not a pleasant sight to my slowly rousing family! πŸ˜‚

Happy Tuesday everyone. Have a great day 🌞🌞

Well done - congratulations πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸŒŸπŸ†. Many of us are in the C24K gang, but we’ve all run for 30 minutes - amazing πŸ˜‰

Only 10% can run 5k at first time in 30 minutes, I too was in the C24K range, 4.3k to be exact, some can only do C23K in 30 minutes, but as you say what is most important is to run for 30 minutes non-stop.
