My next run is week 5 also. Go us! Very excited about less intervals.
It's great having people all running together, via the cyber web, all at the same stage, I find it really helps me. W5R1 Thursday for me. 😀
I'll be out Wednesday morning for it. Testing it for you 😂 I'll post after, always do, I use the forum like a running journal.
