Knees

There could be many reasons for this - the way in which you run, your shoes, your level of fitness/musculoskeletal strength. Listen to your body - and if it is complaining then have a rest for a while before continuing on. These training programmes are designed to stress you and then rest to allow your body to acclimate. Exercise and then rest, over and over again until your strength slowly builds up

It depends on why it’s hurting - if you’ve injured it you’ll need to ice, compress & elevate. If it’s generalised aching, which is what I get, you could try a knee support. I wear one sometimes & it does help. Good luck 😉

if it hurts persistently, don't improvise or delay, go and see someone who makes a living out of it, a sports physio or an osteopath. Knee can go from awkward to bad in easy and quick steps. I learned that the hard way.
Thanks you Mrrun.
