I’ve been worrying about this run for weeks. I have never been a runner and have never in my life run for 20 minutes. With much trepidation, I set out today and thanks to the running gods, Beastie Boys, Queen, Eminem and Tom Petty, I did it. Some of it only just constituted as jogging but I did. Not. Stop. Once.
