Hi all,

So has anyone got tips for doing this? Do you go out in running gear or do it at home etc? Whatโ€™s the deal?

No idea but interested in answers regarding this as it's something I've thought bout doing too

Never heard of these before so thanks for sharing.

Had a quick listen to the start of the first one and she has you doing a short warm up walk so I think Iโ€™m going to try and do this when I get back from my run.

There are some videos to go with it so you can see some of the stretches sheโ€™s describing.

It is a good on to do on your days off from running. I opted for doing the exercises at home then going for a good walk but either way will compliment your running,

Do you do warm up before doing the exercises or just the exercises on their own?

I always did a little warm up if I wasent going for a walk first. Just walking round the house swinging my arms a little and sitting down to standing up a couple of times all very gentle nothing too aggressive.
