I’ve just finished week 5. I done day 3 twice just to make sure I was ready to move on. I’m looking forward to week 6 especially days 1 and 2 but day 3 not so much! It’s the 25 minutes of running that scare me. Has anyone struggled with week 6, day 3 or was it not as bad as you thought? Any tips and advice would be great 👍🏻

Well done.

Looking forward to your runs is the only sensible approach, unlike the dreading, that seems to be many people's negative mental attitude.

That said, W6R1 is a tricky blighter, so take it nice and slow.

One twenty minute run does not a runner make.
