Changed Profile name

Hi All

I have just changed my profile from initials to a name just seemed better. I'm going on my 3rd run for week 1 tomorrow trying to fit the in 1 week will be my first challenge! no excuses I will have to complete 4 runs this week to get back on track!!

Lots of people find that life circumstances mean that weeks sometimes get out of kilter. It doesn’t matter- your journey belongs to you- many people take more than 9 weeks to complete the program. 😃

I have just completed my 3rd run it was a little easier than the first 2 so it gives me confidence to continue.
