Nice one! I start week 6 on Monday so itβs nice to hear a success story π
Yep I did it today as well, posted details on another thread. Reckon I ran nearly 4k in the 25 minutes and covered almost 1k between the two five minutes walks, so I walked 2 more minutes to make 5k in 37 mins. Pretty pleased with that!
Awesome, well done ππ»!! I didnt time the walks, but managed 3.48km in the 25 minutes so was pleased with that. Im excited to start W7 tomorrow π€
Thatβs a good pace, not that pace is the focus just now as they keep reminding us but no wonder youβre happy. I had been trying to go a wee bit slower TBH and my pace dropped a bit on runs 1 and 2 of week 6 but I now think that was because I had misplaced my headphones! Found them yesterday and with my music back I speeded up again, odd as I donβt run with my ears but ho hum ... reason I wanted to slow down was to help my breathing but I didnβt have the same issue with that yesterday so maybe it will be OK.
I did it yesterday morning and Iβm still buzzing!! Such a great feeling!! Itβs so great knowing other people that are at the same point as me - we will all graduate at a similar time which will be really lovely. Good luck with week 7 too - I start that on Monday. Forgot to say - I gave up smoking on Feb 6th!! X
Well done ππI did run 3 this morning. Itβs a great feeling isnβt it. Looking forward to starting W7 on Monday.
Thanks, I think we deserve a t-shirt thatβs says we are runners π
