Woke up at 3am on Tuesday with a dry scraping throat that’s ever so slowly moving down into my chest 😖.
I was supposed to do my wk7r1 yesterday but thought better of it. I feel better today but wondering if I should give it a try tonight or wait till I’m completely over it ?.

Wait, wait and then wait!! I had a real struggle with W4 cos I thought I knew best.
Rule of thumb seems to be: if it's above your neck (so just a few sniffles) then gave a go at the run. If it's below your neck (so you're chesty) then don't.
Chances are your run will be "off" and you'll get gloomy and your body will take longer to recover. Take the whole week to recover if you need to. You should still be able to pick up where you left off.
Argh! Just seen this. I went for it in the end and did the 28 min run but my throat was like sandpaper at the end . But a few pints of water and a nice nip of whiskey seems to have cleared the pipes 😁
