Not so much ground covered today, just 3.9 k in 28 minutes, it felt slow, put it down to a tough Sunday, ran and walked over 11 miles! Maybe needed longer to recover from that. All in all it was good, my dear wife is striding ahead of me though, four times she turned and ran back to me, I said wait till your my age ....... She's only 67. W9 is looming up now, good luck all.
