Extra rest day will help. Are you stretching after your runs?

Your legs will be feeling the changes now, you need to look after them. 👍😉

I am stretching (ish!). I normally do calf stretches, hammys and hip rotations. Any other ideas? I am ok, not pain, just know I’ve been for a run more than before..

You will. Your body is adjusting.👍

I would add heel rises (on a stair easiest) plus side and front lunges.

Also do make sure you're fully hydrated. You will ache more without sufficient water intake. Muscles really need water and oxygen to operate at their best. 😁

I will definitely add those into the warm down, many thanks.
