WK7 R3

Indigestion and tired, late night. I put it off then literally dragged myself off the sofa and ran for another 25mins. It wasn’t pretty just a plod. Im back on the sofa. My daughter suggested I just push the sofa next door to the grave yard next time !!!

Well done for getting out, sometimes it's just about getting round. Assuming the daughter is a teenager ask her where your cup of tea is.

Yes a teenager, I run round a grave yard so it was quite funny 😀

Well that's supportive! I wouldn't want to be sick in your house, you probably would not get much sympathy!

I laugh because my running is far from pretty with all the wobbling body parts, red face, sweaty and huffing and puffing. However, after a shower and fully dressed I think I look better than the average woman my age when I go to Walmart.

I only had one drink last night as I knew I was running and I still felt rough, may as well have joined my friends and gone for it !!!!

Yep, but you did it, so today is a rest day. The sofa is yours - all day.

Good for you, getting off your bum and getting it done!

So the opposite of “omg, it was dreadful” - it’s barely registered on your day. That’s what I’d call progress!

Well done, even a plod around the graveyard is still a run

Even if you are plodding, you are doing better than the local residents of the graveyard. LOL

You deserve a massive round of applause for that Amanda! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Feeling awful and running anyway - what a Star! 🌟 well done!

Didn’t you have your grave diggers to cheer you on today? That’s probably what did it 😅
