I have really enjoyed this running program found it relatively easy which is surprising as I have not run in a very long time unfortunately I will only managed One run of week 9 as away on holiday for 8 days so after holiday going to repeat week 7 and take it from there

You don't lose significant condition until in excess of two weeks off, so no need to go back to W7.
