Hi all! Complete beginner, haven’t run in 30 years, have heard it’s good for your joints so couch to 5k seems the perfect way to start and build up from there. Wish me luck!

The first step (or getting off that couch) is the hardest. But once you start you’ll look forward to each run. Sometimes with excitement sometimes with dread haha but do them you will. It’s a fabulous programme and a fabulous forum with all the support you’ll need.

Good luck 👍
