Can't believe I've finished W8. It's been a bit tough, been running inland and it's not as flat as my runs by the sea - don't like hills 😳! So into W9 with a Parkrun to finish. Good luck all my fellow W9ers, enjoy, slow and steady does it, and smile 🙂
