Just did run 1 of week 9, I’ve had a couple of weeks off due to my partner having an accident and having to be a caree. So happy I finished it and what a sress relief running is. Any new starters make sure you stretch before and after as you get further down the line it helps with the aches and pains which we all get, there are loads of stretching videos on YouTube which have really helped me. 😘

Well done. Is that a 90/90 stretch you’re doing there 😁. I do those. Flat back, looking forward.
