Six months ago I started this journey in old joggers and mountain trainers, endured snow and minus seven degree runs and tonight a new slimline me donned my new running vest and comfortably completed 5.75km in 30 mins.
Taking the advice of forum members I have consolidated 30 minute runs since graduating at Easter and have slowly built up speed and distance. Tomorrow is my fist park run and I am aiming for 27 mins.
What great program this is. I love my runs and wake up each morning feeling fit and strong. I truly have transformed from a coach potato to a real runner!
