Started getting calf cramps during warm up pushed into first 3 minute run and started to resolve. Immediately returned on walking with peroneal tendon pain from outside of right foot heading up into midway lateral calf. Tried running the first 5 minutes pain bad turned around. Walked then ran for about a minute right leg having none of it today. Laces are now quite loose to deal with numbing foot. But now foot feels unsupported. Would elastic shoe laces be an idea? Plan to repeat run on Saturday.
