I skipped W5R2 today: my left quadriceps is playing up. And for the first time ever, I felt pain in my groin there as well, at the end of my last run.

That, plus the fact that I’m super tired, even though I seem to sleep quite well.

I hope to make it tomorrow, but really fear being injured yet again, so will postpone as long as needed.

You are doing the right thing. Listen to your body, give it the time it needs to heal. You will be back out there in no time 👍

Hi Tjar, You’re still on track and there’s no harm in giving yourself proper time to recover! You’ll do this!! ❤️❤️

You must look after yourself - you've come this far and don't want to damage yourself even more. Relax and allow yourself time to heal - it will be worth it! :)
