Monthly tiredness

So it’s that time of month (sorry) and I’ve woken feeling more tired than when I went to bed. I’m doing W3R1 tonight and can’t put it off cause I’m going to feel like this most of this week. A little worried I’m not going to do well tonight and feel even more drained tomorrow.

Urgh I know what you mean, though it's more pain-related for me - and it sucks. The first couple of days I just can't even contemplate running. When I have got out though on day 3 or 4, while the run has been a bit more of a slog, I've found myself feeling a bit more energised afterwards. And at least I know why the run was tough and then future runs feel so good by comparison. I've even been surprised recently when I expected a tough run, but it turned out to be one of my better ones. Hang in there, take it gently and slowly, and see how your body responds. Sending some *hugs*
