Park run

Well I've done it, completed the Couch to 5K last year and been running on & off since, but have got back on track so to speak this year and was told of the parkruns so found one in my area what a great experience, and it was good to run with others rather than on my own all the time.

Thanks every one for your encouraging words I read each week but this is my first post, hope it wont be the last.
