Well, that wasn't as bad as I thought it was, although second 3 minute run was challenging (the walk beforehand was all up hill - so not much chance to recover properly). I'm try hard with the breathing and I not as panting as before. I can see that the slow and then slower thinking really works.
Running with my friend who is on W5R2 - it's great to have the company.
