I was really not looking forward to this run! I thought it was s but too soon to go for 20 min but I did it and enjoyed it lol

Just wondering why it’s put in the programme on week 5 any ideas

I looked into that a couple of weeks ago when someone else asked about it and found this useful link on how C25K is segmented:

“The challenge of weeks five and six is to reduce dependency on walking. In fact, the third workout of these two weeks is exclusively jogging. Over this period, the distance advances from 1.25 miles (2 kilometers or 13 minutes) to 2.25 miles (3.62 kilometers or 25 minutes).”
