Well, after attempting this for the first time on holiday, and having to have a walking break in the middle, I went back out this morning. My confidence had taken a bit of a knock so I wasn't sure how I would get on. I am back home and on my usual route, which helped, and I managed to keep going for the whole 30 min! Just one more run to graduate - can't believe it!
