I’m on week 7 and have noticed that the balls of my feet are quite sore/stingy when running. I tend to run on my toes as my natural running style and have proper running shoes/socks. I’ve even put some of those ‘party feet’ pads in that area to try to make it better, but nothing works! As soon as I stop running it goes away.
I’ve had a look online at insoles but they all seem to be for supporting other parts of the foot.
Just wondering if anyone had a similar problem, or a solution!
