W7R1 Change of route

Well that was interesting. This is the first time I’ve changed the route during the whole programme and it is quite a different but useful experience. Not knowing geographically where the walk/run and halfway are seemed very strange psychologically. It was definitely worth doing though and adds to the whole running 🏃‍♂️ experience.

One problem with this particular route was the walk/run transition was outside our local pub 🍺. Good job it was closed, particularly after the run 🏃‍♂️!

May have to avoid this route during opening hours 😂🍺

Grey and foggy in Dorset first thing this morning and only 14 degrees, so no sunshine ☀️ but pleased I “bagged “ another towards the target. Onwards and Upwards!!

Well done. I’ve stuck doggedly to the same route and I wish I hadn’t. Next outing I might turn right instead of left and see where I end up.
