I’ve just completed week 4 and I feel awesome. Pavarotti kept me going through the run. I have the biggest grin on my face. You know what, I loved that run. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

I did it! Not a run im proud of ... it was far too hot ... but i did it nonetheless. Roll on W5 on Sunday 😁

I knew you could. Believe in yourself. If it was easy then everyone would do it. C25K students are awesome because we got off our backsides and we ran. When everyone said your mad, we rain and we will keep on running until we’ve achieved our goals
