20 degrees at 9 in the morning doesn’t help for a positive run #ratherrunindrizzle. 🤯

I agree. I went out at 5.50 this morning and it was already hot.
I hated running in the heat this morning!
Prepare well a day before, hydrate, run earlier in the day when it's still on the fresh side and stick to the shade. You'll be fine, we can't really call this a 'heat'.
Last winter many of us ran in terrible wind and cold, and don't forget the dark. Give me this weather any time!
I don't like hot weather anyway, is much rather have the cold 😀
The key is to make either extreme comfortable!
There was one winter run, really cold and windy, where l thought, ok, that's it, they'll find me frozen in a ditch. Of course, after I'd warmed up l was fine and able to enjoy myself.
Heat is the same. Prepare, resist & enjoy! If we let weather dictate our lives we'd never leave our rooms!
As a newbie to running and at over 16 stone the heat is my enemy right now ☀️😩
I'm sure it will get easier with repetition and weight loss though 💪
