Just completed my last run.....it was hard and probably one of my worst.....I think the anticipation of graduation was too much, but was determined that I wouldn’t give up. This has been an amazing journey, thank you C25k and all of you on this forum, I definitely wouldn’t have achieved this without you. Jo Wiley and Sam Smith you have been my rocks.....I’m am so excited about achieving a new goal, not quite sure what that will be, but have to have one or that coach may come a calling😊😊
