Self inflicted bad run... for starters I didn’t drink enough water yesterday but I did eat a big chicken kebab... I set off early today (my fav running time) and decided it was about time I tried to ‘up my pace’... which was great until 10 mins in to my 25 min run and I was spent, really really spent!... 0 energy left, dehydrated and sweating like a hoe in church... my head was pounding and every muscle screaming to stop... however I carried on (not quite sure how to be honest) and completed... I vow here and now never ever to not drink enough the day before and to only ever ‘up the pace’ on the second half of the run... stupid mistakes but certainly learnt my lesson!!
Now for a warm bath to soothe my very annoyed muscles 😔

You still did it Debsy, ive been there done that, as long as we learn from our mistakes thats fine. I havent had KFC for months (guilty pleasure) but as a reward for graduating friday i had one and hated it, guess ive moved on!! Enjoy the bath youve earned it.
I just keep thinking well that must be the worst run I can ever have 😂 so at least it’s out of the way and I won’t make those mistakes again lol so onward and upward 💪🏼
