Hello, I've been ill. While I've never been super fit I've always been active. I've decided I such approach middle age as I mean to go on and try and get back to feeling like me...
Anyone starting this week who thinks they might also be a bit flaky who wants to compare notes and gee each other up? I'm not there mentally yet, but it would be quite funny if I did this almost by accident because the idea intrigues me!

The mantra is slow and steady...listen to your body and forget the 'by accident' If you follow the plan and keep posting too for support and advice you will do this, injury free and having had fun too
