Off the treadmill and outside! Wk1 Run 1 complete

Have been working with a personal trainer since February and doing classes in the gym. My Dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer in Feb so decided to sign up for the race for life. Have been meaning to get outside and get going with this then I rolled my foot and sprained my ankle coming off the powerplate! So this morning was it, i did it! Off to the gym for PT session and dance workout now! wk1 run 2 tomorrow!
