Ok we’re getting the routine sorted. So does anyone use a protein type shake or similar supplement after their run off of breakfast / lunch? Views welcome please.

If you have a good broad based diet, then there is no need to take protein supplements as well, on the basis of undertaking C25K.

I've always had protein shakes during my pregnancies and now breastfeeding and running. I have Soya and Hemp protein, Cacoa nibs and Maca. Don't know how they impact running but they have grown 2 babies and I'm vegetarian and eat not much dairy X
