Week5 Run3 DONE went quite well nice steady pace legs and hips started to feel heavy after 12mins but pushed through and 20mins was up before I knew it 😊
Only started getting fit couple of years ago joined a gym which I’ve really enjoyed doing the same routine which worked for me but started to get a bit bored so finding this challenge has been great,may not be losing weight but body shape is defiantly Changing 👍
