I’ve just finished wk1, It was alright so I feel like I want to do stuff on other nights - what do other people do? And how often is too often when it comes to exersize? 🤷‍♀️

I do a run every other day. I also do body combat and/or body pump on the other nights. Have two rest days a week. But at the moment getting so much out of the running. Never been able to run and feel proud of what I’ve schuebed. Just finished week 6, run 2.

I try to have at least one rest day in between - currently overworked my quads so having to take a little break. Other days I do strength and conditioning at the gym and also a Pilates class, stuff like that is good and complements running.
