If you look at the pinned posts on the right, there is one called FAQ - how to run C25K (sorry, don't know how to link to it, but it is well worth a read if you haven't already). There is a link in that post to a page outlining the plan for each week.
Personally I stopped looking ahead. After I found I started stressing that I wouldn’t be able to do it. Take each run at a time and enjoy it. I’ve just conquered w6 R1. Never thought I would but BOOM I’m there. Just enjoy and don’t worry. 😉
It looks pretty daunting and/or inspiring when laid out end to end. Don't get stressed about some of the bigger numbers coming up. The programme will get you there. Don't imagine any of it will be easy necessarily, but it is doable (I'm told lol). Embrace your inner snail and learn three words: SLOW, STEADY, AND. Then mix up the order a bit and say them out loud to yourself. And then slow down a bit more.
