Well that is the 2nd run banged in. Much easier than the first one but we were around 200m behind where we finished on run one. We paced it much better and it was so much easier. Felt like we could go on a hell of a lot longer which was good. Final run of the week on Saturday.

I also did run 2 last night, easier. Managed 3k over the time. Run distance unknown. Looking forward to Saturday. I really like running with Sarah Milligan a proper lass. Stretched out too so hamstrings feelings much better. It's really is running slow. Tortoises always cross the line first. Unless you are not farrar!
