Good news: it was a beautiful run through the valley, mostly on paths next to a stream and mill ponds; saw a heron that took off on spotting me; another successful run.
Bad news: tripped over a tree stump; had to open gates while jogging on the spot; left myself a steep set of steps in the last 2 minutes; had to double back on myself a little.
I always seem to change my route. I'm a person that eats a different lunch every day and definitely likes seeing different scenery.
How about you? do you alter your route or stick to what you know? why?

Am sticking to the same stretch of disused railway line as it's flat! And shady. And beautiful! Once we can do 30 mins we will try other routes where there might be hills....!!
Ouch.. and well done...I have favourite routes but loads of them and I mix and match and now I have my holiday home by the sea,, wow... a whole new set of runs
Keep it steady and slow and relax into these lovely longer runs
I ran up and down the same pathway for the best parts of 8 weeks 😂😂 that ended up at least 5 times & sometimes passing the same people 3 times ....yep you guessed I have the same lunch most days. 😂 xx
