Hi

Just finished week 2 feeling so much better apprehensive about week 3 any tips thank you

Why are you apprehensive?

Nothing nasty is going to happen. At the end of each run you will be one run nearer to your, and the programme's aim, of you running for thirty minutes. Don't put yourself through agonies but accept the challenge, do the best you can and if the very, very worst happens...............OMG...........you might have to repeat a run.

Relax and enjoy it. This is c25k, not boot camp.

A positive attitude wins every time.

You'll be just fine, just take it one run at a time, there aren't any deadlines. Relax and enjoy!

I was really surprised at how your stamina builds I’m at week 4 and if I would have been presented with this the first week I would have given up! I’ve had longer days off when I’ve been busy but just don’t give up I’d say x
